How quickly will I receive a response?
We are a volunteer-run HOA. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response to non-urgent matters.
What if I have an emergency?
For emergencies such as bear break-ins, call 911 first, then call the Colorado Parks and Wildlife at (303) 239-4501. For road emergencies, contact Clear Creek Road and Bridge at 303-679-2334. The HOA board handles non-emergency community matters only.
How do I update my contact information with the HOA?
